Why am I getting emails about the "X Factor" to an email address that I used to JUST HEAR ABOUT BEN FOLDS?!
When I go to the link to "manage my subscriptions", there are only two check boxes and neither of them say "Ben Folds". They are choices for Sony and BMG.
How can I get my email address back to just getting information about Ben Folds?
(Ben, I am sure you have nothing to do with this...it is completely Sony's doing, I bet)
