    Did any Ben Folds Fan Club members get lucky enough to score tickets to see Ben and Nick Hornby last night at NYC's Housing Works Bookstore Cafe? We hear it was quite the event, with a packed house, a deeper look into <i>Lonely Avenue</i>, and plenty of banter and wit.
